Slow and Not User Friendly

The website is terrible, so I had to download the app to complete payment. But the app has major issues: payment process is extremely slow and crashes frequently, search feature is slow with poor results, and the interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Needs serious improvements.

Payment by Visa doesn’t go through. I had to use K-net. Also can’t sort search bar results by price or newest products or any other criteria.
