Its been over a week waiting for my missing items to be delivered. I have been contacting customer service almost everyday and nothing has been delivered
Bad Experience
It’s not my first time using this application. I was very satisfied until my last experience. I received a dying plant and it’s been over a month. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times. You seriously need to address this poor service, and ask the nurseries not to fool your clients with the worst plant quality!

أسوأ تعامل!
نظام الدفع جدا سئ يتم خصم المبلغ و الطلب يكون في حالة تعليق لمدة ٢٤ ساعة أي بعد انتهاء الوقت المفترض للتوصيل! وبعد ما تم إلغاء الطلب بعد ١٢ ساعة أتفاجأ باتصال يؤكد موعد التوصيل.

There is no number to call. My order is pending for few days now. How can I track it? No number to call no email .. nothing

موقع فاشل جداً جداً و عماله فاشله جداً .. طالبين من اسبوع ودافعين وماوصل الطلب ولا ردوا الفلوس و لو مو متواصلين معاهم جان محد درى عن الموضوع وكلمناهم لمدة ٣ ايام ولا حياة لمن تنادي و لو بعطي تقييم للموقع حتى نجمه وحده وايد عليكم .. باختصار من افشل المواقع الي ممكن تتعاملون معاهم

Love the app, needs better info on plants
Have ordered many times from the app and generally really good service. Deliveries have been fine but you do really have to check and double check you get everything.
The info on the plants needs a lot of work tho. Often it says plants are native to Kuwait when in fact that’s far from the truth. Indoor plants are in the outdoor plant section etc. Due to the climate here, there should be clear information about which plants genuinely can survive here.

I don’t believe it delivers to American sadly. I’ve been searching for an app to buy indoor plants, but I guess this one only has one flaw for me. : )

The interface is great, easy to use and navigate. Good amount of plants and plant related things. Delivery is quick and my experiences with the app so far have all been great. I wish more nurseries would join.
