What I like about the app
It is so great and it helps me know when I need to go and what is the current number I also love that you can vote for a dance you really liked in my opinion it is a great app

Age appropriate catagories
We were just at the Minneapolis competition in Burnsville, MN. What a complete disappointment to watch the “petites” and how the different ages were clumped together!! Why should 5-6 year olds be competing against 8-10 year olds? This is utterly unfair!! In years past, I have been at competitions where it’s age separated! At the least, you could add different categories for petite and preteen! Give these little ones a chance to compete equally with their age piers!!

Nice feature
As a dance mom, I very much appreciate something functional and FREE at a competition! The tracker feature was invaluable this weekend. My one suggestion would be for the app to save your place when you come back to it after closing out. Perhaps building in the ability to jump to a particular routine in the lineup from the tracker would be good too.

i am a dancer and lorenz and i have been to mascaraed competitions before, so i love this app because i can vote for what dances i want to win audience choice and i can also keep track of when my studio is dancing and what dance is next up to perform! this is a great, free app and i would definitely recommend getting it!

Kept everything organized. Just wish live feed for all regionals. Wish every company had this
General schedule
I wish the app included a general overall schedule of competitions so I could see where everything falls on the schedule.
Extremely close to useless
Despite paying $6 for this app, it doesn’t even tell you what group is on stage!!!! And there were times when it told me that I had to be connected to WiFi to work. The WiFi at this venue is really slow. Waste of money.
* Update - I DID find out how to see what group is on stage and which group was up next ... but not until after the comp was over for us. 👎 I still give it a 1 for not being very user friendly and because it should be free. We already pay so much in comp fees.

App needs fixes regularly
I used this app approx. 4 years ago and was a blessing to have and use came competition. This year my daughter is competing in Masquerade Dance Competition and the app gives me an error that it failed to talk with Apple. I’m assuming that this app needs to be updated to be compatible with all Apple devices. I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to use it to its full potential.

This “free” version is no good, it just makes you pay $5.99 to view everything on the app. Thumbs down

The app is a terrible mobile website crammed into an "app", and they expect you to pay 5.99 just to find out what time your kid dances... complete crap! I already paid to have my kid in this comp, quit nickel and diming me. If you really need the money to run the infrastructure for this app raise the cost of the comp by 5$ per kid! This app is so terrible I'm taking my kid out of dance and putting her in gymnastics!

Terrible! Buy the program instead!
The only thing this app is good for is the real time tracker so you know what number routine is performing. Unfortunately, that doesn't do you a lot of good unless you know when the breaks are, improv contests are, etc. you need the program for that info. You think they are running 90 min ahead, panic then find out there's other things in between. Waste of $$!

MAJOR disappointment
I paid for this due to a weekend full of dance. I have an iPhone 6. The app only works if I am on WiFi. Event told me the problem is my phone. The KC convention center also gets low marks for their WiFi options.
Do not purchase this if you have Apple phone and don't have yourself set up to be a WiFi hot spot. Important details that should have been more clear while in the App Store. Lesson learned.

Doesn't talk to apple!
I tried downloading multiple times and created different logins. The app still will not "talk to apple."

It appears, you purchase the app but to view the performance, you need to purchase the year events. Is this correct? And the support link doesn't function either. 😒
