Unable to reset password
This app is having some bugs may be as i am unable to reset my password, been trying for past 1 week but when i enter my registration email ID then the 6 digit OTP never comes. What to do for login?

I cannot login using the Airport Experience old app, neither could create new credentials! The user interface prevents using the copy and paste function! 😡

So, I cannot copy my card number from the bank app to paste it here!!! How am I supposed to do it? Write it on a paper?! Come on!!!

Travel pass is like a Travel Companion, with you in your solo or group travels
Almost perfect
Great app and very useful for accessing airport lounges while traveling. But it would be even better with a French (France) language option.
Pointless, ineffective, disappointep
Sadly, not accepted even when you click to get the voucher and redeem it. At “Ya Esta” at Bogota Airport there is a poster that looks exactly the same as the app. The cashier insisted that it was not accepted. I politely asked him to use the voucher, we clicked to redeem it, and he scanned it and it didn’t work. He told me to use a visa pass instead. This was baffling because the icon of this Mastercard app is the exact picture of the displayed poster. Save 15.5%, didn’t happen!

Just doesn’t work
Log in doesn’t work properly. Can log in on my phone sometimes but can’t on another device. Wonts end password resets. Basics are poor

You must remove this 1$ use criteria it is a headache for person traveling twice in a year if forgot to spend then I can’t use the service or you can swap 1$ at airport lounge to make easy for customer

You guys were great when we were stuck in Sydney for delayed flight to Canada and you showed us the way through the app to get into the lounge which made the whole thing much more enjoyable

Cannot register and will not permit me to proceed with out verifying card that then says card is not acceptable
App has terrible UX
This app acts like it’s the master key to a bank vault or Fort Knox. Can’t paste passwords, MUST manually type in. Randomly disables FaceID after you’ve enabled it, doesn’t accept your email as login, needs membership number .. Come’on guys, it’s just a travel app for 10% off overpriced airport food and Fast Track.

Why can't I use the app to scan my pass if there's a new version available?
I am roaming on limited data and cannot use it to update the app. Let me use it without updating, this is so trash.

It’s not like this is a banking app
Hit & Miss
When travel pass works and is accepted it is great. Way too often (especially Heathrow) lounges are booked out by airlines and the lounges don’t allow walk ins.
