I’m not really sure what the app is supposed to help with. You cannot book a reservation or see an existing reservation.

Functions return error messages. Best to just call them for pickup. Useless app, should just retire it.

App crashes. Is non functional and doesn’t do simple things like let you see reservations. Clearly needs work.

Some app features don’t work
The map to view current shuttle locations keeps resetting all the way out st the world. Tried zooming in 4 times, but it kept resetting all the way out at default zoom. Got out of the function to try again, but there is no way to get back to shuttle location map without re-requesting a whole new shuttle pickup.

Crashes ever time I scan ticket
Everyone I scan the ticket the app just quits

If you scan or enter your ticket number the app crashes. I have reinstalled the app twice and it still does the same thing.
Wish it worked
Keeps saying invalid ticket when manually types or scanned....
