Error
I am now the victim of the ERROR WHEN LOGGING INTO THREE APP, i was just sign into it an hr ago and when i open it up it said i needed to restart it, did that, now i have the DEATH OF ERROR, why can’t this app just work you do updates but it just makes it worst. Please fix this. Thanks
Not good app
Guys need to update your app. Won’t let me log into my mobile app. I have done all the troubleshooting to fix it on my end. I have had this happen before.
Lots of issues
Lots of issues logging in to my app. Sometimes it just won’t let me log in at all, sometimes it gives me an error code or a big message, and just won’t let me in. Please fix. Time to update.
There’s a major bug.
I deposited my $65 Grocery check. I checked my balance. But unfortunately it shows only $31 in checking, I think the app is still broken & because it’s broken, it charged me the $38 withdrawal fee.. Not sure what’s going on.. When will this bug be fixed? It’s causing me to pay major fees that I did not owe.. When will these bugs be fixed? The deposits & transactions are not updating, it’s been almost 3 months so far.

Hands down the worst online banking app I have ever used.
There’s a bug.
I spent some money using a check, but the balance is not updating & the transactions are not showing, even though I spent it.
Mobile deposit doesn’t work
It takes me at least 6 tries to even get to the part where I can submit the check and more often then not, the process fails. When I take a photo of the one side of the check, the screen fills with an ad that redirects to their website for some loan application. Definitely ridiculous.
Mobile Deposit is Near Impossible
Whenever I go to make a mobile deposit on this app, it’s a hit or miss on whether I actually get to make my deposit. When I take a picture of the check, it will often blow the banner ad up to cover the screen and I can’t finish the deposit. This an incredibly inconvenient bug and I wish they would fix it, it’s been doing this for months. It seems very arbitrary, and deleting/re-downloading the app seems to have no effect. Often I’ll have to retry another time and it will work. Aside from the mobile deposit thing, it’s pretty alright and I love being able to move my funds around from my phone.

I have nothing but problems with this app. Every time I try to use it I could’ve driven in my car to the store and got it done quicker. There’s always a problem or login issue . All they care about is the $500 promotion that keeps coming up in your face. I still haven’t got my task done. Try actually testing out your app with some real people and seeing how it works before you publish it

Presents blank screen
This app used to be user friendly but seems every other time I go to sign in the only thing I get is their strip with Covid updates. No user ID box or password box

Worthless app. They don’t support app calling them is a waste of time.
It’s been 3 months
I have to delete and reload this ap on a daily basis. Sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. I like the ap but they made changes and it doesn’t work for squat now. I had an associate help me awhile back. She asked me to send her a screen shot which I did. She called me the next day with some questions from the tech she gave it to and that was it. No follow-up and the ap still doesn’t work for me. I’ve been hacked twice already and like to check things out daily but this ap is aggravating to no end. I hope they fix this SOON!
Add On: How long is it going to take to fix this? I’m thinking of going to another bank with a mobile ap that works. This is ridiculous! If you can’t fix it, then start over or get a new ap!

Internal error
I love this app, super continent but the past two months every time i try to log in it gives me an internal error message across the screen
Can’t deposit checks
Every time I got to deposit a check via the app it comes up with their holiday add and then you can’t continue.
App doesn’t work
I can’t log in all it says is internal error, been trying for about 2 months now, still not fixed
Broken!
The new version is busted. Neither my wife nor I can get logged in anymore. Internal error. Pffft! Don’t get how this passed the MVFCU QA department.
Update was a downgrade
App worked fine for years. Newest update just gives “internal error” every time I try logging in. I’m out of the country more often than not, and I enjoy being able to check my balance without finding an ATM or calling at ridiculous hours just to match the Alaska time zone. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

New update is trash fix it
Not being able to access account except via computer is frustrating. Worked great prior and now it’s just internal error over and over again.

I can’t login to view my balance. It’s been this way for weeks now, I was expecting an immediate update. How about at least acknowledging this and letting us know it’s being worked on?

Went in to a branch today and sat down with member services. Turns out when they updated the app they changed how you login. Instead of using your account # as a user it’s the user name you use for your online accounts. After resting everything because it’s been years since I used the online login everything worked. It now goes by your social security number and links any account with your social number on it.
