The time for tickets purchased needs to be increased, 5 minutes is not long enough

Yes, the app is quite as bad as most of us are talking about, despite what one reviewer might want you to think. Seriously, do NOT rely on the Plan Route feature, because it’s going to give you inaccurate times. For instance, it says Route 15 arrives at West Acres at 6:45 PM on a Saturday, when the actual map they have proves that to be blatantly false, that’s just the tip of the iceberg here.

Buses Not on Time
This app would be nice to be able to plan out rides, if the buses were ever on time. The fact that they aren’t makes this app relatively useless other than to pay, but one can get cash for that. All in all, it’s a relatively obsolete app.
Excellent app
I’m not quite sure what everybody else is talking about. I did see some people that weren’t happy with the app. I think it’s a great app. I’ve had no problems getting on the bus. It’s super easy to buy tickets. I mean, I don’t know what people expect. But this is a great app if you need a way to just purchase a bus ticket and you don’t wanna buy a month pass at a time although you can do that too. But if you don’t want to spend money at the bus and you just wanna be able to buy a ticket real quick, it’s so easy to do it. Cannot convey you how great of an experience I’ve had using this app. I use it all the time and I think it’s a great. I think it’s a great app so enjoy
