Terrible customer service
The original version of this game closed down, they had pop ups in game MULTIPLE times saying to save your player ID so that when this new version launched you could reach out and get your save file back. I’ve reached out with my ID from the old version and the new version and the response they give me is to give them my player ID. I’ve done it. I sent it in the message and attached the screen shots of it. They are no help. It takes them days to reply, and then the two responses I’ve had have both said the same thing, to provide the ID. So I don’t know what more I can do.
