Effective rest is wrong
The rest mode is extremely wrong. I can be up all l night reading or watching tv and it report I am sleeping. Not to mention even being out of bed and eating. It lists me as sleeping.

Not working anymore
This app used to work great but for the last couple of days it hasn’t. It keeps telling me no data recorded, my memory isn’t full so it’s not that. Can you please fix it soon because it’s driving me crazy! The alert app works great tho!
Mate App has time delay
The alert app has always outshined the mate app
There has always been a time delay on data syncs and data showing up in the Mate app.
I took a 6 month break using embrace. The mate app isn’t working at all now. I noticed another reviewer indicated it hasn’t been working for a week.
This function is actually very useful and I hope to see it improved!

Not working anymore
This has been working well for over a year, but suddenly no data is recording. Everything is up to date, I have tried every suggestion on the help list. Nothing!
Great App....when it works
Sent the Embrace 2 with my daughter to College for a little piece of mind for her Seizures. Although the alert is still working the app to see her sleep pattern has not worked for 1 week. Please fix!

Can’t access without permission and the website. It would been nice to use. Need easier access to application.

This is a great seizure diary which you can share with your Dr. and with their watch the sleep analysis is great because it impacts epilepsy so much.

Thank you for this great app and technology. I can now rely on accurate data for my rest and physical activity, and make adjustments in my lifestyle accordingly.
Changed my life
I don’t know why it’s getting so many poor reviews. It has changed my life to be able to track my sleep quality and activity, in addition to seizure activity. It was a little bit of a pain to set up initially but has worked great since.
Waste of money
Seriously was hoping this watch and these apps would be helpful with tracking my sleep patterns and seizures and I’ve had nothing but problems from the moment I opened the box. Both the Mate app and the seizure tracking app are completely useless.
Awful app
This app is horrible. It always says “Your dat should appear shortly...” but never does! The watch itself is pretty bad too but this app almost never works. This company seriously needs to get their stuff together.

It helps
It helps me track my sleep and keep tabs on my seizures. Only thing the app doesn't have is an "I forgot my password" button. Now I'm locked out 🤷🏻♀️
