The App is not working

The app is not working as I already had a membership login and I can use that account details to login on the website. However, the app couldn’t find my membership details can’t not login successfully. This is an unacceptable issues that the app doesn’t communicate to their backend server to their website. As while I could still loving my account from the website, they told me they could not find my membership details. What a joke!! This brand is totally a joke!!!
