Audio fix needed for iphone 15
Currently for at least tge iphone 15 I have, audio does not work for any videos. Works great on Android, but not on this platform.

I’ve used this app for three years and had great results. This app really motivates me to stick to the plan and eating healthy foods. I e lost weight following the plan.

Hello, is there a fix coming?
For the last three days, my app won’t open. After the login screen, I’m given a message that says “something went wrong. Please verify your Internet connection and try again later.”
Previous to this, the app was working fine.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried it on both of my phones, and done other various obvious troubleshooting.
I would contact support if I could figure out how, but can’t find app support anywhere.
Please help. I like the MaxiClimber a lot but the app is more useful than the YouTube videos. So I want app functionality back.

Says No Internet
Tried to log in for my morning workout, in a hurry and of course the app isn’t working. Says I have no internet connection even though I do. Turned off phone, turned it back on. No dice. Deleted app, reinstalled app. Still can’t get to my workout. Thanks for wasting my time this morning when I needed to get my quick workout in - now I’m late.

App stuck loading when trying to login
I just got a maxi climber and was trying to login to the app but it gets stuck just loading. I tried logging in with email and it gives internet connection error but my internet is working fine
Ugh!!!
May routines don’t match the time intervals nor voice coach, but it was still nice to use the app, but now I can’t login anymore. It keeps saying to check my internet connection and try again.
App issues
Love the machine but app keeps saying no internet connection when connection is good and can no longer log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue. When it was working no sound with most workouts? I see about 95% of your reviews are the same issues. Can you guys fire your tech team and hire a team that can make the app work as it should? Kinda frustrating to say the least.

Horrible app
Just received my eqp and was setting up my app but just loads or says I need to connect to my internet which I am. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and just shows loading sign
App not working
App has logged me out and now I can’t use it. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection and try later. My connection is just fine. It’s been useless for 2 days now.

I used the app for 5 days in a row and know it won't let me log in so it's virtually useless.

The 21 day challenge is only sound and no video , such a bummer
Where’s the video?
I just downloaded the app and I hear the coaches voice, but I do not see a video. Is this supposed to be without a video. Confused!! I was under the impression that this app would have a video and show you exactly what is being done from the coach.
Embarrassing app
Useless voice only for the few workouts. Embarrassing that the company thinks so little of its MaxiClimber owners.
Downloaded app
So, I created a login and then the screen goes white and can’t get past that. I have done this three times. Obviously a problem with this app.
No sound
Horrible. I wanted to watch some videos to get an idea of workouts on the machine and I have no sound from any of the videos
Ok, lots of glitches
Not enough workouts, but I like the ones available. However, the verbal part of the work out either won’t start or will have a delay from the visual timer. Either have to get out and go back into the workout which starts the whole workout over or sometimes just pausing the workout can get the verbal to start but then there’s a delay in the sound compared to the visuals. If they happen to actually work and start at the same time if you get a text during your workout then it will throw off the sounds and get them out of sync. Have to go out and come back in but then the work out gets started over bc you can’t fast forward to where you were.
