Crashes when setting up Face ID
Constantly crashes when trying to set up Face ID on iPhone. No true PTZ support, only presets.
Works locally, not remote.
I can connect to and see cameras no problem when I’m connected to local network. Try to connect from outside of network and it connects to NVR but cameras error out. What good is this app if I can’t see when I’m at remote locations? FAIL!
No Audio?
I have been patiently waiting, hoping that an audio version would be released and video performance fixed. For such an expensive system with owners on the move combined with no audio and poor video performance I’m not sure how Honeywell would release such a product. I guess it’s time to break my loyalty and look at MobileFocus and a few other competitors with a lower price tag. They surely have a more responsive support team and well worthy enhancements. Bye bye Honeywell!!
