This app signs me up for offers and helps me easily I’d we notify the best card to use for a purchase. So far so good!

Why are the descriptions for each goal you ask me during setup not fitting in the screen?
Does not work
Tried signing up with my Apple account and my Google account. Both accounts after signing up would just go back into the sign in page. But never allowed me to sign in. Tried multiple times with both account types.
Forced exited the app and went in later and the app is just stuck on the loading screen where you see the cards flipping. I saw “ready to go” whatever it is multiple times, but would just keep spinning.
If I can’t sign in. How can I use it?

Double Charged, Then Downgraded
I subscribed to MaxRewards Gold after my trial ended and was charged twice for the same membership. I contacted MaxRewards for help but received no response, so I disputed only one of the duplicate charges with my bank. The bank refunded that duplicate payment and left the other $108 charge in place.
Instead of correcting the billing issue, MaxRewards later downgraded my account even though I still paid for the Gold membership. It has now been over a month with no meaningful help or resolution, so I may have no choice but to dispute the remaining charge as well.
The concept is great, and the app worked very well during the trial. Unfortunately, once the trial ended, I started experiencing billing problems, account-syncing issues, and discovered that not all credit cards are supported. The lack of customer support has been the most frustrating part.

Horrible App
Hard to sign in and not user friendly. Of all the travel hacking apps this is the worst!!!!
App is subpar
I was expecting the ability to add ALL credit card accounts which isn’t the case. I’m unable to add Lowes and Chase Ink Business Unlimited. 😩
Always broken
Disconnects from cards after every login. Continually missing offers. Does not work as described.

I recently got this app and it literally now will not connect. It just endlessly spins acting like it is getting data.
Not usable
The connections to credit card accounts are broken most of the time and constantly needs to be manually updated. You cannot just type in an online retailer to get the best card for it. The concept is great but this is a pain in the rear app to use due to poor execution
Hidden Fees
Renewed for $149 with no way to cancel. App hasn’t worked in awhile and just spins and won’t open

I forgot to cancel my subscription and they refunded me as soon as I noticed it. That is outstanding. Thank you so much. It was quick and easy through their chat feature highly recommend.!!!
Signed up for free trial and was charged $300
I signed up to review the app to see what it could do. In the sign up info it clearly states the app will advise you the free trial is concluding. This did not happen and as it is not an apple developed app when I did go to cancel the free trial I was unable to get the app canceled and got charged $300. I have written the support link for MaxRewards twice with no response and looked for any other way to contact them directly for a refund with no success. I have since been able to cancel the account but am out my $300. MaxRewards is in my opinion a predatory operation and I do not recommend using this app!

Trial not tracked by Apple
I always check my subscriptions on the App Store app, but this app is not tracked there and renewed without my consent. What a scam. And it doesn't provide any real valeu on top of the Amex website
Glitchy
Very glitchy. Connections to accounts break frequently. Can't have confidence all rewards are always synced. Not worth the cost for being so unreliable.

Keeps in linking my Amex cards. I guess because it’s Chase based lol
Intrusive and cluttered
Too intrusive and in your face. Expensive for what it is doing. Cluttered interface with upselling advertisement in your face all the time. Also doubt the ranking of my cards for certain point categories.
Glitchy and poor performance
I really wanted to like this, but the platform has been hard to use, it fails to sync, and it doesn’t do most of what it said it would
