I bought 50 minutes for IDD calls with $10, but before I even reached 50 minutes, it said it was already used up and I couldn’t make calls anymore. That’s really inconvenient for me. But I have no choice.still using M1

This app is not working on iPad. Can’t receive OTP on iPad, hence not able to login. Support not available on email, online bot can’t provide solution.

The sequence on activating new esim was wrong, which i did find it absurd for them to say first remove your esim on your old device when the correct one should be them advising you to get a new esim first. I KNOW esim can be used only once, what i didn’t know and was careless of was I DIDNT KNOW requesting for esim cannot be done via app and i had to call in, welcome to 2000. What was worse was that u had to sign up for a new line, a new number so you can call in, then they told me you need to have another number for verification cause they cant call you on this number, omg. Please step up your game.

Fake Marketing for Non-Singpass Holder.
Be careful with the eKYC scam. You can only activate eSIM using singpass. The program said we can activate using our EP card as an alternative for not using singpass. After purchasing it only I found that EP is not supported and we must use singpass to activate.
Called support and he was very irresponsible for making a refund for this scam. Now I can only let the payment go to waste.
Nice marketing by the way, I’m sure I’m not the first victim. You can take the money, I’m quitting.

eKYC not working - can’t register
If you’re newly arrived in SG and considering Maxx, look elsewhere. Their eKYC is not working so you can’t physically scan your ID. And you can’t register for Singpass without an SG phone number. And you need a local phone number to call Maxx for help. No whatsapp/online chat. So you’re stuck, and have already paid for the plan you bought with no option to register & activate the eSIM.

eSIM registration was simple, easy and fuss-free. However the issue came when SMS OTP was required for the Maxx app. My eSIM was used as a dataSIM in a tablet = unable to receive SMS = cannot login Maxx app. Please consider allowing email login or verification for the Maxx app. Thank you!

brought e-sim while in China, MaXx worked for about 8rd then stopped. ccouldnt reinstall or any support frm Max you get what you pay
Just Ported Over from Giga
The porting over was trouble less and fast enough , about 1.5 day. What attracted me is the plan covers Malaysia as well. The coverage in Sg however not as good as my previous telco. Sitting in my own home toilet, already disruptive and not consistent signals. In Malaysia surprisingly not too bad. Its partner is Celcom. Many times in MY experience bought prepaid Celcom Digi cards also no good. This Maxx Celcom Digi partnership seems to have str n her and better arrangement. So far not as worse as you get the local prepaid cards. App wise not much comment except there should be at least a good bot to handle customer enquiries!
