Crashes when editing profile
App freezes when I edit profile. Other functions seems ok most of the time. Closing app and restarting makes no difference

App doesn’t open properly on iPad. Does GOMO have a helpline? Without the app can’t chat with them. App doesn’t work and no back up plan!
The App front page says login by email but when you try the app goes back to the front page. The email button is just a loop!!!

worst app ever
I can't believe they made so much money but ended up implementing an app like this. This is so terrible. It is the worst app I've ever used. This is the ugliest garbage.Every time I use this app, it gives me a headache. I don't want to use this anymore, but I have to because I need to set up my SIM card. It is so terrible.I can't even check my subscription plan in this app, and the customer service is also rubbish. I ask them questions, they give me answers in half a day to reply to me, and then suggest I reinstall the app. Every time I use this app, I get very angry.

Downgrade from the old version
This is a half-baked update that is full of bugs and inconsistencies. Not sure why the rush to roll this out when the previous app was perfectly stable and usable. Very poor from when you consider that doing nothing would have been a far better choice.

It is showing a full screen loading every few seconds. Super annoying. Bring the good purple Gomo app back!
