False advertising at its worst
The cinema always advertises the maya mas plan but we haven’t been able to sign up since last year and the guy at the cinema promised the update would fix everything back in April but it sucks because it almost feels like they also don’t get all the movies. Is maya on the verge of closing? What is going on

They should fix this
Terrible. Not good. Extremely bad. Really, they must fix this - and get a full refund for however much they paid for the downgrade.
Fee after fee
They decided to add a fee for ordering tickets early or conveniently. App got worse and significantly slower. Phone gets hot now, wouldn’t surprise me if they made a new app to track user data and sell it.
Your app sucks
Its as if you’re using the interweb. There is no difference in this app and online other than the app ALWAYS glitches. It’s been about two months since I last used it and it still hasn’t gotten fixed.
Deleted immediately
I downloaded this new app then deleted it within 30 minutes. App is unusable and virtually impossible to navigate. The website isn’t any better. Why did they even get rid of the old app? It worked 10x better than this one.

Can’t even make an account
I tried the website AND app to create an account and be a member and it will not even let me go through, just repeating the check the information and try again. Can’t believe both is not allowing me to push forward.
Not functioning
I can’t buy tickets or even see current movie times. Mine is glitched to movie times two weeks ago. I’ve been to 3 other theaters now because your app and website don’t work
Horrible upgrade
This is not an upgrade. This app is horrible to navigate and it makes me want to go elsewhere to see a movie.

There is no explanation about the changes, there’s is now a booking fee, the app doesn’t flow like before and I can’t find anything about MayaMas.
Not Accurate
Went in today (7/17/26) to look for showtimes and purchase tickets. Only 2 movies are listed as playing today. Not accurate at all. Went online and movies are not even updated there either for today. Ridiculous
Bad app
This new app isn’t an improvement, it’s a web page stamped onto an app. There’s also a lack of time management, tickets literally go up 2 days prior. Also as of late there has been an absence of big ticket movies, this is a huge oversight for your patrons.

And this was an upgrade? You can’t go back on a page once clicked on. There’s just too much to this so called new design makes my head hurt it’s so bad to navigate and use. I mean this is really bad everything about this app makes me wanna cut my membership just bc of this simple fact. Apps are for simplicity not frustration.

pointless change
the "new" app is just the website. don't bother with the app and just go to the website online and sign in there. the old app worked fine and they should have just maintained it. pointless update after such a long wait for a new app.

old app was perfect not sure why you changed. we used to be able to buy tickets a week before but now it’s when the date is close

My account got lost so now all my points are gone. It’s not exactly accessible or accurate to use. Wasn’t even sure if this was the right app
Suck SSA App
Honestly I don’t understand why you even tried to improve, it sucks. It’s horrible, why do I have to close and reopen the app every 3 minutes because it freezes or I can’t go back on anything. And I remember being able to buy advance tickets on the old one, now I can’t do that. There was no point in changing anything, you made it worse. Thanks

Estaba mejor la anterior app, esta está muy confusa de usar y ya no tienen esa especial que podías pagar x mes entre más ticket comprabas más descuento adquirías y se no te gastabas los tickets acumulabas entradas muy triste
