Got block and cannot be unblock
I register my IC and then a few days later it got block, when I called the hotline, it says because I NEED a business account. But none of my friends required one. Why is this happening? What is the function of this all if you require business registration and also IC?

Has been a week try to register, enter BRN come out my number but didn’t receive any OTP

After login, the app keeps showing different errors and can’t be used. It’s been two days and the problem is still there. Please fix this soon.
need some function
i cannot share the transaction summary after filtering. if i set parameters and click share, it’s not filtering by cashier. this is important because we have multiple cashier and during closing, we need to check if each counter tally.
Wrong PIN

Cannnot log in
The app cannot show the amount when customer paid. And keep saying wrong password, is so terrible. Call customer service last two month and not solve the problem after 2 month, is very hard to do business!
Can’t even get to login
Keep said my password is wrong event I press forget password and make a new one then come again tell me the my password is wrong this is not the first time keep on having the problem and it won’t show who is paying the money in the statement on show is qr pay really make me hard to work
Login problem
Cannot login to manager’s account for months even request password change. Now staff’s account can’t login as well. Where to get help?

No Maybank option for preferred bank acc to receive payments
I am trying to register new qrpay biz account. I cannot find “Maybank” option in MAYBANK QRPAY BIZ. So what’s the point of naming it as that when people cannot register by Maybank as it is.
Acc not active problem ?!
After a few weeks of using it, suddenly my acc is "not active" for unknown reason ?? Contacted maybank biz, told me that it would be sorted soon. Today is 1 week. I have a business to run. Stupid and useless maybank.
No Maybank as Bank option
Why there was no Maybank in the banking option? There was another bank but Maybank was not in the list.
The pin number problem
The last pin number always keep on pressed at number 5. However I did not press the number. Are the any bug in the apps?
Can’t edit on manger and cashiers
I don’t understand how long Maybank need to solve this problem. I have been facing this problems for almost a year, still the same and every time open the app have to re-login.

Cannot open the app on ios. The app keep crashing after I logged into the app. Poorly designed app.
Need improvements also
1. One device, one static QR. Then allow multiple cashiers check in and check out.
2. Dont show total sales at the bottom to cashiers. Show TODAY SALES only.
3. Arrange numbers buttons as if on Calculator. Not as if on a phone dial. Really appreciate the plus button you have included.

Put back pdf statement . Why make change ? Its already good . Easy to calculate . Now need to open excel what so ever . Hope u guys consider to put pdf statement back .
