DNS Resolver Issue
Maybank2u SG website “This site can’t be reached. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”. This happens on Edge and Chrome with Secure DNS (Cloudflare) setting. Strangely, Maybank2u MY website no such issue. Tested other banks’ website also no issue. Tested Secure DNS setting disabled in browsers give positive results Maybank2u SG website will load can login. Have been using same laptop same settings, this issue came up only recent months. Previously APP same issue, had feedback and fixed for now. Thank you. Appreciate take a look at website DNS resolver issue. Prefer to use Secure DNS for banking purpose.

Tried changing password but simply cannot find the icon as per instruction provided in the app.

Unable to log in
[FEINO1] Please check your internet connection and try again. I’m using mobile app on wifi. Tried removing the app and reinstall still the same error. Forgot login details why do I need to key in my PIN? Isn’t it dangerous to key in PIN and card details not knowing whether it’s due to scam unable to log in.

Stupid update causing problems
New update now need a token.. i could not login to my bank account.. not sure why a working system is changed to something so not convenient. I need to go down to the branch to rectify this stupid issue.. im considering to change to a different bank totally..

You’re probably using the app because you’ve opened up an account with Maybank, and while the treats app has a lot left to be desired, this app is much more responsive and stable than the other one.
Really like the branch queue feature if you would want to get something done in person.
Not sure about why some of the other reviews here are so vicious. Yes there are sometimes connectivity issues but it’s no deal breaker for general banking in Singapore 😌

Everything can be done in one app. View portfolio, transfer of funds, paynow, digital token and even placing of fixed deposit. So convenient!
