Customer support is clueless
In my card details, the last full digits are covered with the word “copy” making it illegible. It’s not nice as it’s not available anywhere else - as you can imagine, that was a mad rush as I was paying online.
Above is an honest mistake from the app dev and I am totally fine. But when I filed this via in-app chat, suggesting this may be an app update thing and I am just giving you a suggestion, the response was a shocking question asking me if there’s Trust app update. I don’t know man, I see your app updates every few days, and you can go check on App Store yourself where your app has updates.
