After 6 months using the app on an average of 2 to 3 times per month, I have deleted the app today!
At the beginning, the service was amazing! I have recommended it to plenty of people! But lately I think they are almost never on time (at least with me), even though they charge a fee for express delivery, which I have always paid and now, on my last two orders they got it completely wrong! 4h30 waiting for my order and hours spent trying to talk to someone on their customer service that actually cares and tries to solve your problem! They apparently don’t realise they’re delivering medicine! To people in pain and really needs it! What made me delete the app was waiting for more than 4 hours to get half of my order, with an unhelpful customer service, while trying to take care of a newborn and a sick wife! NEVER AGAIN!
