Delivery Street Address input field
I don’t know what happened, but apparently there is horrible programming with online ordering via inputting address for delivery in the app and web. I tried inputting other addresses in my neighborhood, and the system will not find it. It will find other homes in the surrounding neighborhoods, but just not my neighborhood. Yes locations is turned on with precise location tab on. Inwould recommend reverting back to manual input instead of whatever yall using now. It’s a -100 out of 100. Of If I could give negative five stars I would.

Awful
Spent 45 minutes setting up the stupid confusing app and told it to remember me, thinking it was awful but I was done forever. But no, next time I try to use the app it has logged me out and doesn’t remember me, I set up a new password and it erased the entire order I had tried to buy. I am deleting this stupid app and never ordering by app again.

Perfect online ordering, made easy
Perfect for when you do not feel like interacting with people , it’s so easy to browse all the food options, and you can change and modify ANY detail of any food or pizza, amazing. We order from Mazzio’s online ordering -at least 3 or 4 times a month.

The app is great. Not as good as the pizza, but still great. 🍕 🤩 🥳
Will Not Load
App not working at all right now. Poorly designed anyway, but online ordering appears to be down completely. Company hasn’t bothered to communicate that though.

the amount of bugs and things the app doesn’t let me do or just is broken is insane every time i try and order something is wrong yall won’t take my card and then yall will i can’t make my pizza because it’s making me choose a sauce and then not letting me pick one
Horrible update
The new map function is awful. It picked the wrong store and then when I tried to correct it, it zoomed out nationwide. I’ve been a Mazzio’s customer for years and had all the stores I used as favorites but you guys decided you didn’t care. Every update you erase my saved payment causing me to go find my billfold and manually retype it. Now you want me to “create an account “?! I’ll just find somewhere else less stressful to order pizza from.

App vs Website
The app is much easier to use vs the website. It’s easier to customize the pizza on the app.
I can’t cancel my order?????
I order food ur app doesn’t tell me ur closed… I wasn’t thinking about time. Only that my kids were hungry. I can’t cancel my order and take my money elsewhere. I guess there will be pizza on my doorsteps ALLDAY. I will be getting my money back!

We have been trying for 2 days to get the app to work it lets you order and then the screen shows oops something went wrong we might be experiencing technical difficulties

I tried to buy $40 worth of pizza with my card but the second I clicked the card button on the app it triggered some sort of anti theft problem for the app so IM OVER ITTT NOT SPENDING MY MONEYYY BYEEE

Address Search engine is Terrible
The app doesn’t work when it comes to finding my home address it’s such a poor experience.
App constantly crashes
Every time I try to order it crashes at the credit card pay option. I even tried the website and that was garbage too.
Used to be good until it wasn’t
I used to have this app and would order pizza no problem. Then all of a sudden the app will just quit on me when I go to pay. The entire order is gone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, updated my phone, but it still gives me the same issue.
