Tipping Service
The app forces you into a minimum of a 20% tip. I’ve selected 15% and a custom tip, but it always defaults to 20% if those options are chosen. You’re better off calling your local store to place an order.

The one in my little town doesn’t even show up in the app., USELESS!
Error code 500
Twice in 2 wks I got error messages on this app( code 500??) & could not process an order. And when I go to change password, I get another message saying “connection is not secure”!
That was this morning now, 10/15/25
You lost my business both times because I couldn’t order.
Fix it! Or I’ll continue to go elsewhere

Not very good thinking out
Can’t order unless you for a credit card or Apple Pay lol might as well take the time to call so I can pay with cash
Local store not on App - local store can only be found on Simple Simon’s Pizza website.
Local store can be found on the website but the app doesn’t have local store in their list of State stores. Can’t get past location problem so app is useless. Cannot order pizza on website as it does not let you select pizza size, crust, or allow any modifications (like light sauce). Only sells one size pizza but I have no idea what the size is.
