Tipping Service
The app forces you into a minimum of a 20% tip. I’ve selected 15% and a custom tip, but it always defaults to 20% if those options are chosen. You’re better off calling your local store to place an order.

The one in my little town doesn’t even show up in the app., USELESS!
Error code 500
Twice in 2 wks I got error messages on this app( code 500??) & could not process an order. And when I go to change password, I get another message saying “connection is not secure”!
That was this morning now, 10/15/25

Not very good thinking out
Can’t order unless you for a credit card or Apple Pay lol might as well take the time to call so I can pay with cash
Local store not on App - local store can only be found on Simple Simon’s Pizza website.
Local store can be found on the website but the app doesn’t have local store in their list of State stores. Can’t get past location problem so app is useless. Cannot order pizza on website as it does not let you select pizza size, crust, or allow any modifications (like light sauce). Only sells one size pizza but I have no idea what the size is.

Pointless app
Can’t even enter a payment option much less checkout everytime I enter my address it switches it to something different that’s NOT my address all you can see is the menu add it to your cart then your stuck at that point you might as well not even order anything
App is horrible
It has made me change my password over and over again. The location it wants me to use is 2 hours away .
Amazing Pizza
The pizza and breadsticks were SOOOO GOOD! THEY ARE HEAVENLY. WITH THE MARINARA SAUCE? DUUUUUDE. ITS JUST HEAVENLY! I LOVE THIS. THIS IS MY FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE FROM NOW ON! 👏

Useless App
First off, you can’t even search for stores without putting in a local address. What if you’re just driving through a city/town that isn’t near you and you want to order from Simple Simon’s? Other pizza apps let you search by location, but not this app!
Also, it does not show a Simple Simon’s location near me that I know takes online orders, so what’s the point of having this app if I can’t use it to order from any store that does online orders except for a very few that are too far from me?
This app just needs to be redone so it can actually function properly.

Delicious Pizza, but App is Broken
According to delivery services, the nearest Simple Simon’s is 2.1 miles away. But according to the app, there isn’t one nearby.
I’d like to use the app so we can utilize the full menu. But, we can’t.

The old app had all location and worked great. I don’t know why you updated something that worked great.
I can’t even use this app because when I put my location in, it doesn’t even pull up the closest location to me. Then when I look for it Stroud isn’t even in it. So this app is totally useless to me now.
