Was working now doesn’t work at all
The application was working fine before 12/30/2022Now the app does not even load I can’t accept jobs. This is not very good for a Mercedes Benz roadside assistance dealer truck.

Nothing but problems using iPhone. Now doesn’t work at all.
Needs to be fixed ASAP!
There is so many problems on this app it’s UNREAL. It’s been the same for over a year. Constantly losing money with this app therefore bills don’t get paid. Urgently please fix this URGENTLY.
Roadside technician
This app is junk. MB should step up and find a new developer. Fetching details, oops missed job. Tiered of this.. have to reset every time a job comes in. Junk, junk, junk....
Horrible app
Horrible app. Only get calls 50% of the time. Info disappears after accepting call. I could go on and on. The pager worked better 10 years ago. Definitely not the best or nothing MB.
Jobs frozen in que for over a week now
I have had jobs freezing up in the job que since last Friday and when I highlight the job and slide the on my way button it says (OOPS OPERATION NOT ALLOWED) then you have to back out into the main screen again; the guy from Assurant told me today it was fixed by their tech guys and the ticket was now closed and I informed him IT IS NOT FIXED and now I have 8-10 calls frozen in the que that I have to scroll through every time I get a new job. I have deleted and re applied the MB DTA App numerous times and cycled the phone on and off many times also trying to get it working. I have also tried logging out in the app but it won’t let me because I still have jobs in the que. The other obvious problem this creates is a client only knows I’ve accepted a job and does not know how long it will be or when I’m even enroute to their call. I have been very patient and will continue to be but can’t help but wonder if the tech guys think it’s fixed then what are they actually doing ?? The other thing I’m wondering is why it’s taking so long for a resolution to this when they have to know that this is causing clients to not know where I am or how long I will be until I actually call them on my way.

We no longer get the clients name and phone number after accepting the job. This needs to be fixed asap
Works okay..needs work
It does what it needs to i guess however there's quite a few bugs. The alert beeping is gone with the new update, that's a major one. Now i only get the text and I only have a 4 minute window to accept a page, and I don't have my phone right beside me all day. Customer's name and phone number doesn't show up in the History anymore with new update. Would be nice to have a way to directly contact a Mercedes agent on the phone, sometimes if roadside is busy it takes 5+ minutes to get someone on the phone for a tow or if I need information. Battery usage is crazy..i use my personal phone and it drains it if i dont close it. One thing I liked about the old app was you could click on the address and it would open in the Maps app for you, which was nice as it cuts a step out for you (not a necessity however). It does do what it needs to do at the end of the day, there's just a lot that needs fixed..would be nice if Mercedes call agents would actually be able to see who exactly is signed in or not at that time. I get a lot of calls from them when im not even signed into the app.

Alert gone
After last update alert is gone. Only way to know if i have a call is with the text you get also. Needs work asap. Happening on apple and droid

If it would only use the location while using the app it would be ideal, location 24/7 drains the battery.

This app has some major flaws. It was suppose to make roadside easier and more efficient, but it failed. Flaw #1- This app kills the battery faster than anything I have ever seen. 5am battery at 100% and by noon the phone has already shut down due to the battery being dead. Flaw #2- no dedicated annoying ringtone like old app, this one just gives you a beep(I even try to pick the loudest and most annoying message tone, but again only beeps once). Which can't be heard in a shop environment, the old roadside tone was perfect. You could hear it throughout the shop. Flaw #3- Amount of time to answer the page. 3 minutes is too short, if I step away from the phone to go to the bathroom, come back to missed pages. Would literally need the phone in your hands at all times to be able to accept calls. Flaw #4- Live tracking does not do to hot, my vehicle seems to stay at certain places, never following me perfectly to update customer of my whereabouts. Flaw #5- No direct phone line to roadside assistance, have to sit through the automated service, then wait on hold until I can get someone who doesn't know who or why I'm calling. Please, please fix this app. Suppose to give a customers the "best or nothing," and this app is doing nothing to help us or the customer. I have had more angry and irritate customers because this app.
