It is unfriendly application and you can’t get anything out of it.
Eligible for reimbursement
Have three claims for ‘eligible for reimbursement’ but there is nothing telling you how to send out the check. I talked to a person on the phone and he clearly didn’t know how to do it cause he kept repeating himself as if he was guessing. Which what he told me there was no button to push or choice to click on so I could take care of it. When I try to log on at work it never lets me log in. It keeps kicking me to the original screen.
