Unexpected high costs

Be aware of their surprisingly high costs. They have a different payment system that I wasn’t aware of which has led me to an $800 bill for three initial visits.

Terrible Experience

Looking for relief post Gallbladder removal. “Virtual” appointment lasted 5 minutes and the providers camera was off for a majority of it. Required a test, forgot to order it, I messaged multiple times, finally ordered it about a week later, test location was out of state, they shipped it after I told them I couldn’t get to NJ from FL to do a test. Another week goes by before the test showed up at my door. In that time I was able to get an in person appointment at a GI location that provided me with what was needed. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend them if you’re looking for actual care. Find a local GI and go in person.

Do not waste your money

Even if your insurance is in network, they will charge you over $700+ per visit for them to tell you things you can just find on the internet. I spoke with the provider and all they recommended was to take Vitamin B2 and CoQ10 (which by the way has huge side effect risks for severe stomach pain which is one of the reasons I’m even here). Then they’ll send you to a gut psychologist who will just ramble and tell you things AGAIN you can find on the internet like “eat smaller meals, don’t eat less than 3 hours before going to bed.” Plus, the app itself is very dry? They give you no cost estimate until you just get an email for a huge bill, they seem very unorganized and only SOUND professional but are of no actual help. Do NOT waste your time or money. Ask your insurance for a telehealth gastroenterologist and go with a better recommendation.

Scam

Please believe the negative reviews. This place steals your money and extorts your insurance company. They literally render zero actual assistance. After 4 brief visits with a PA and nutritionist, not high level , we were billed $2400. Zero diagnosis, zero treatment plan, zero resolve, zero tests or med or supplements. I will be contacting my state attorney general, my insurance fraud dept. do yourself a favor and google their predatory billing. It’s the truth .
