Functional
Pretty bare bones— could do with a serious upgrade— but I haven’t encountered any performance issues so far. Users really need to access the desktop site to make use of the majority of member services, but this little app provides easy access to ID cards, claim history, etc. Basically a “quick view” of your account. I highly recommend registering your user account on the web portal first, then logging in here instead of trying to register through the app.

Doesn't work
I have had this issue for a while, and it never works. I logged in once, so all my information was locked. Even after clicking on "forgot password" or "forgot username," I never receive the email needed to log in. I have tried many times using both email addresses that I was told I was registered with, but nothing comes through. I've checked my spam, trash, and inbox—nothing! 😡

DOES NOT WORK
After trying for hours now to sign in after creating the account the application simply does not work!!

Been two months since I installed Highmark app and still didn’t work! Fire your IT people! Your site is horrible!
