So convenient Top Notch!

So convenient better than making an appointment the old fashion way push button for this and that and with this …the health provider is sitting there waiting on you and not the other way around… my time is precious and this is service values my time, life and cuts down on my stress and having to travel some where and wait around other people that may be contagious, etc. Thank you so very much. I will be back if I need the service again and tell others about it too..

Crashes

App crashes every time you load it to log in. Apparently it’s been happening for a month and no one cares to fix it.

App crashes when trying to log in

Running 26.1 and it crashes when I tap the email or password field to log in.

The app doesn’t open

Penn State is on their 3rd app in 5 years. Rumor has it Epic is next. Good, because this one will not even open for me. I can’t imagine what an elderly patient with no tech skills must go through…

Care provider Amber

Excellent provider, very knowledgeable and helpful.

What conditions can be treated with Penn State Health OnDemand?

The app can be used for a variety of common symptoms and concerns such as allergies, coughs, sore throats, minor rashes, joint pain, and painful urination. It is designed for urgent clinical care needs and common concerns that do not require immediate emergency attention.

Is Penn State Health OnDemand free to use?
