Great Customer Service
I have felt welcome from the day I opened my account at MCCU. I later refinanced my vehicle with the help of Pamela and Alicia which were amazing at helping me get the best deal possible. I have been getting the word around to open an account with MCCU.

Just sits on the title screen
It won’t load my accounts or let me interact with the app. It just loads the title/loading screen that says members choice credit Union and won’t load beyond that. It’s 2025; fix your app or shut down your business.
Need major upgrade
Since I’ve had the app, I’ve never received the actual notification pop ups (1), there’s times in which I log in with my usual username and password but for some reason they don’t go through (2), text message fraud notifications are okay I just wish the app would do the same.

this whole time i’ve used yall i keep having to get new cards as they get charged with fraud when i hardly even use my cards, come to find out my sister is getting fraud charges on new cards yall haven’t even sent out and allowing people to fake identity with my family and hence allowing ppl to steal from us. yet when i have to log in the app i can’t even use my face id. get it together

app but no matter how many times i click remember me i have to log in, i used to have face id on the app and now its been removed and i can’t use it to log in and its so annoying especially in a rush

Function Failures
I’ve been a member for over 25 years and this app seems to have gone DOWNHILL. I can no longer deposit checks via the app without getting the 499 error “Something went wrong… Retry”. Today I was checking transfers and tried to get back to account overview and again would not work. Very frustrated with the app.

No matter how many times I have had my log in done and asked it to remember me it still makes me enter the whole log in all over
Been our bank for over 3 yrs
It was the first financial institution we visit when arriving the country and still is!!!!

It charges overdraft fees without giving a chance to even transfer money

Before the update it showed dates for transactions and available amount vs prior amount and while the new GUI is pretty user friendly and I commend y’all for that, it is lacking in that valuable information so please bring it back.

Many years have passed and it seems many have complained about this as well, a trend of reduced useful functionality from the app, not listening to customers that want it back and never wanted it gone to begin with, and instead of adding back what users of the app actually want, they instead decided to start adding Zelle, a commonly used app favored by scammers instead. Bring back the functions we want, Zelle isn’t even needed and definitely not desired even in the slightest. It’s actually really surprising to see a bank not know any better about Zelle. Please listen to the customer. Good bank overall, I will still say that but MCCU app needs a LOT of improvements.

Old operating system
Everything is very outdated on the website and app and a lot of banking features not available. Honestly would’ve been better off going with chase.
