Will not work
Every time I click on the app it is frozen. I’m unable to check my finances and I don’t like that .
iOS requirements
I’m not able to check my banking information anymore because I don’t have at least iOS 18.4. I dont see any reason for this to be the case. This is the only issue for an otherwise good app.

Needs an Apple Watch app!!!
I use MCCU Ky on a regular basis and it does pretty much exactly what I’d want my mobile banking app to do… Face ID login, displays my account balances, transaction history, and easy access to change any information on my account. Only times I have issues is when I have low service on my phone. The one thing this app is missing… is an Apple Watch app counterpart!!! I use my Apple Watch every single day as if it was a third hand on my body and this app would certainly be a life saver if I could easily view account balances and transaction history just at the flick of a wrist (no pun intended)

Not happy I had to get a new phone to use the new app.

This has got to the be junkiest bank app ever, it ever works I constantly have to delete it then redownload it then none of my accounts show I have to call and get it straightened out… 10/10 don’t recommend

Named accounts
It’s confusing not having a “checking account” and a “savings account”. I have 3 “shared accounts” that you can’t tell which is which. I would love to be able to name the accounts or have the traditional labels.

This new site update is more confusing and not at all user friendly. Not happy at all. Also can not download new phone app because I don’t have a newer iPhone.
Go back to old APP!
This is like an app opening up to a complete website! Way to much going on, not easy to use at all… not to mention- confusing! Much rather have the old app back that was basic, tell me what’s in my draft and savings, and let me transfer money easily to loans for payment. Nothing else needed! If I wanted all of this I would just go to the bank website. Apps are supposed to be quick and convenient, this is NOT.
