No way to turn off spam promotion notification
There is no way to turn off the promotion notification. The promotion is in Chinese and excessive (sometimes twice a day) and cannot be turned off
服务太差了，食品不卫生
在网上下单，取餐遇到服务员及主管的态度都很差，装餐时店员的手多次碰到了薯条🍟，给孩子的儿童餐很不卫生，差评！

关于4.18号兑换芝士片的问题
差评至极，汉堡越来越小我都不想说，今天兑换的芝士片得预约时间段，14～17点，没得选择，是它默认的，还得指定餐厅，明明券写着今天14:00-23.59分过期，谁去看预约时间段内去领取的，过了这个时间段还不能重新当天预约，你不是23:59分到期吗！你在装什么高尚，100块100积分的芝士，不能兑换还不能退积分，失望至极，没什么吸引我的了，应该不差我一个不吃，仅供参考

No customer service at all for foreigners
While I understand that McDonalds China’s primary purpose is to service Chinese people of course, I find it outrageous that it is not really possible to reach their customer service from a Us-based phone. They require the download of their Chinese App to do so. OK. And there is an English language choice. Good. But it vanished once one goes to customer service and it’s Chinese only. Furthermore there is no way to actually log in to the app with a US phone number, because, while one can provide that number, one then has a window popping up that says: “Your account is temporarily restricted from obtain verification code due to potential risks”!!! Thanks for absolutely no service at all, I guess. Why do you have your Chinese App available on the US App store then? Just pretending? Hey, while I had it on me, at least I could buy a meal without needing the passport. That’s worth one star.

一星是评给象山县丹城的麦当劳员工的，连续几次麦乐送，外卖小哥都说取不到餐让我退订。甚至有一次晚上预约点餐后，第二天上午麦当劳员工来电说没有套餐中的油条，让我主动退订，我投诉后线上申请退订，麦当劳员工又即不给餐、又拒绝给我退订，这神操作也是醉了！
服务员不够到处是垃圾
过来早餐五六张桌子都没收拾，没有坐下用餐的地方了
