Barely functions
This app just glitches and logs you out every 5 seconds. They seriously need to get this app functioning better

I’m so thankful to be able to submit my claims with the app and not have to log into a computer. But there are a few things that could make the experience better. When submitting a claim, you have to enter a lot of numbers. If you have to switch to another app to look up the info, this app takes you all the way back to the beginning and clears all the data you’ve entered.
A couple of the items are not intuitive, like the date and the type of service. I get an error message almost every time I enter a claim saying that I didn’t enter the date. For some reason I never see it when I’m entering my data. There are a few more issues, but those are my biggest pain points.
Otherwise, it’s convenient and I’m thankful the app is an option.

Lies
Provide everything stated in letter they send and they deny and won’t let me talk to person who denies claim
