Ditto Zelda. This app a bad dude.
Don't bother to fix...not enuf to like. Ditch it and start over. Worse on iPad — am not sure it’s compatible. If not, start there.
Please fix this issue
I know the US public library system is woefully underfunded, but I’d be grateful if the app would remember your library card number and name. I see that patrons have commented on this issue for 3+ years. Otherwise I like the app.

The app is not loading at all, and it constantly logs me out even if I check the “stay logged in” box. We don’t need anything fancy, just something that works. :)
Horrible
All I get is a frozen white, blank screen and I have the newest, most updated phone, with the newest updated IOS operating system. It doesn't remember my card data. I agree with all the other 1 star review s. Go back to the old app. I'm deleting this one, and going to do that. Please fix ASAP
App is not good
This app does not remember my login no matter how many times I put it in. I tried deleting the app and reloading it BUT now it comes up as blank and won’t load. I wish this could get fixed.
Safari based, what's the point
The original app was better! This one works a lot slower, doesn't remember me no mater how many times I check the box. You cannot renew multiple books. Locations and hours with the app says “hours not specified” in all locations. From the home screen, locations and hours takes you to Safari. Not very user friendly. PLEASE FIX!!!!

Horrible App
I uploaded this app, it worked the first time around (barely) and now just a blank screen appears. I have deleted it already. It is more cumbersome and less easy to use than the old app. I guess I will have to use the actual website for our local libraries
When will app be replaced?
App has been down for months. Message says the app is going to be replaced.
A giant step backward.
Whoever “updated” the old app should be fired. This does not retain sign in data. No bar scan function. And it has remained this way for some time. Seriously, a total failure.
Liked old app better
I like the old app better. There's no easy way to renew multiple books at one time on this new app like the old. And no matter how often I click "remember me" on the sign in screen, it never does. Very frustrating to have to re-enter my sign in information when there's a remember me option. Never had a problem with this on the old app either. And now it’s just a link to safari. No longer works as an app. And the mobile website is horrible for searching and renewing books. I owe a fine now because of the awful mobile renewal.

Not an app. Just a link to a website.
Like the title says - this isn't even an app. It's literally just a link to their website. I honestly don't know what the point of this is. Just bookmark the website on your phone instead.
Blank Screen
Downloaded this app as a replacement to the old one. Worked OK the first time but recently just about every time I use it it freezes and goes to a blank white screen. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times with the same result. Not quite sure what’s going on but the old app never had a problem.

Slow, annoying and useless
This barely works at all. It's basically a link to your web browser and not really an app - except I've never had webpages take this long to load. It's painfully slow and never remembers your login info. Not sure why this would ever be considered an upgrade from the old MCLS app.
Absolutely Useless
What is the point of this app? It requires use of Safari and then does not remember your credentials. This is a great leap backwards five years. Awful! Wanted to rate this zero stars but couldn't.

This app is completely useless- it worked the first day I downloaded it and not once since. When I open the app, the screen turns completely white and it immediately opens Safari on my phone to go to the MCLS internet page. Why do I need the app?
Please fix 'remember login credentials'
Great app but it's a shame that it's still quicker & easier to use my physical library card. Please fix the issue of having to constantly log in as credentials are not 'remembered'

Annoying, doesn't remember card
Not user friendly. Harder to use than older one. Difficult to navigate unless it's on the opening page. The opening page includes locations & hours which as necessary to access as frequently as account info. DOES NOT REMEMBER CARD!!!! The only good thing is that lists are accessible, whereas they weren't on the other one. Going to see if I can delete this one & go back to the other.

Works ok but won't remember card number
The checkbox to remember your library card number does not function. This means that every time you want to log in to check something you have to go dig out you lengthy library card number. The old app did not have this problem.
