Credit card entry is poor
Entering the card manually throws an error. The scan features doesn’t work

Never have we experienced such a hassle to place an order at a restaurant. We won’t be back. Not employing staff to wait on tables is costing this place business.

Options to remove ice
The general feel and layout of the app is for the most part intuitive and attractive. There are rarely issues however both the option to remove ice and fruit, and the option to add a message or request (even one with the caveat of not being legally binding) would be a great improvement.

Pub was packed with happy friendly patrons of all ages all enjoying the live music good food and drinks served by helpful staff with a smile
First time
No one to inform of seating, nor ordering. No where to inform of how to cook and burger was overdone/dry. Asked for water, no water. Overall, not a fan. Order by the app is not great. Go somewhere else.
