App is awful
The app is awful. It takes so long so long to get it to work, I don’t want to read it as I am so frustrated 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Used to be great
Not sure what’s happening, refuses to log in ‘user cancels process’. When it works it’s a lovely app allowing me to keep up to date - especially good on the iPad to view a newspaper layout and read. I would say 3 out of 5 times the app fails in one way or another and needs a restart. Latest update has broken the login on my iPhone (17, latest OS and update). There’s a point at which you just give up - the digital side of my MCN subscription seems to be a waste of money.

Content is as it has been for many years excellent. However, the digital magazine is as poor as it always has been. It freezes, crashes, jumps to random pages. I thought by now it would have been sorted.
Can’t seem to get the content
Even tho I’m logged in, and a paying member it blocks me from seeing the content and asks me to sign up? Seems like a fairly basic thing to get right. Guess I’m cancelling that sub then.
Cross platforms
I’ve had a subscription via the App Store. Can’t read MCN on a Samsung device as it says I need to subscribe. Surely a subscription is with MCN(Bauer)and not platform dependent. I prefer to read on my Samsung tab, and also on my iPhone when I’m out and about. Shouldn’t need two subscriptions. Maybe I’ve got this wrong.
