Crashes
I prefer banking on my iPhone. What’s really frustrating is I have to keep changing my password. It always is a pain because I have to change it on my computer and then enter my user ID and new password on my phone. I’m tired of getting the message to re-enter all that info again because it’s invalid. Too many attempts and I’m not able to get into my account. So now I get to call and be nice to some tech who probably had nothing to do with writing the software.

I’m liking some of the new features like seeing an image of a check I’ve written.

Inconvenience
The app always crashes, or updates and will not let you access your account. It will randomly show an error stating around the lines of, “we are unable to process your request at the moment” and it seems to always be at the most inconvenient times.
