Never remember settings
I have set up face recognition and instant balance over and over. It will work for a couple of days and then the app tells me I have to set it up AGAIN. I hate this app.
Headache
If you want to be stressed out, this is the bank for you! The absolute worst banking experience in my life. You never know what your true balances are with these people and next thing you know, you’re in the red. Do NOT rely on the balance if there are pending transactions, even though it seems that they subtracted them because after they are ran through, your balance will be totally different than what it said when it was pending.

They will steal your money with undisclosed fees
I opened a small business account with mcsb and input the amount i had been told i needed to satisfy balance requirements. After almost 2 years, i get a notice that my account is empty even though i have not spent any money in the account. I find out that the bank was charging me fees that they did not disclose to me and prevented me from discovering said fees by preventing me from viewing online statements by preventing access to online banking through a variety of ways. The bank refuses to restitute the stolen funds. I suggest you take your business to another bank that wont do everything in their power to steal your money

Excellent local bank!
I’ve been banking with MCSB for several years. It’s been a great experience. This app works well most of the time. Occasionally there’s a login glitch and I’ve found that simply restarting ting the app fixes the issue. Overall a good experience, and the online web interface is very good as well.
WORST APP EVER
If you’re thinking about switching banks and using this mobile app.. DONT!!! I’ve never had so many issues with a banking app in my life. It is so outdated and nobody knows anything about the app that works there except ONE person. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I will be switching banks once again bc of this! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bank app is always down
Anytime in the last two months I have used this app it’s alway down it’s becoming a pain in the butt to use.
Terrible
This app is God awful, only uses Face ID the first 2 times unless you reset your password, and is constantly asking for security questions and prompts. Very annoying and seems to go down all the time. I try and support local business and such but the quality of this app is making me want to go towards PNC

Never works, poor customer support
It’s 2020 and somehow there are always “technical difficulties. Not to mention there is no support after regular business hours. Ultimately, the frustration and lack of support has made us decide to switch banks all together.
Like it so far
I find it easy to use and like that I see all accounts on the same screen. The only issue I have had is trouble with passwords. They said that has been fixed and they don’t change them as often now so hopefully it’s a non-issue from now on. Otherwise very nice.

It now stays open but you can’t deposit checks like other banks, it seems to ask me for passwords often, and for some reason my savings doesn’t show up with my other accounts on here like I was told it would at the bank when I opened the account.

I have a newer iPhone and it opens the app, takes the face scan, then has a long delay and closes. I’m annoyed at this point because every other bank allows deposits by taking pics of checks (MCSB please catch up) and such and here I am over here not even being able to open an app.
It now stays open but you can’t deposit checks like other banks, it seems to ask me for passwords often, and for some reason my savings doesn’t show up with my other accounts on here like I was told it would at the bank when I opened the account.

Finger print scanner never works , can literally make no changes to my account .
Pretty good
Overall it's a good app. Only thing I'm not a fan of is having to put the password in every time you close and reopen it.
