No good customer service
I have used md coder since it was initially established. It used to have great customer support and now all they care about is money. Don’t sign up for this service
App freezes, waste of time
The app freezes when first opened then will randomly freeze requiring the app to be closed and restarted. Most of my time using the app is spent waiting for it to unfreeze. Super frustrating. I will avoid future jobs that use this app.
Explanation on information
The colored dots beside pt names. What does the black dot mean? When duplicate pt found how do you take them over? Ie pt wax at another facility and is now admitted to my facility. Thanks was unable to ask app support so left a review in hopes someone will answer. App is very aggravating and tedious. ICD 10 codes search for code you need but then when saved to favorites it saves as something else so you wind up searching again. Cannot clean up a pt profile and remove unneeded codes when u do it deletes them out of your favorites.

Frustrating
Talking with support has been as effective as talking to the wall. Need updated hernia codes that include size of defects with attendant code for surgical repair
The most unreliable charge capture app!!
Numerous repetitive performance issues that directly effects efficiency for physicians and back office staff. Our company places up to 10 tickets a week for the app freezing as well as the desk top freezing. The app and desktop version crashes frequently. We are moving to Claimocity and hoping for a better result. Do not waste your time or money. Your practice will be extremely frustrated.

Drives me crazy
Around 2 pm without fail, the app freezes and won’t allow you to submit charges. Frustrating when this happens. It can take an hour to several hours for it to work correctly.
