Used to work
A few years ago, this App worked at least 50% of the time. Now it’s 0% of the time, been like that for a long time. Not sure why I keep trying to log in. Wish someone would update it so it worked, or better yet, replace it with something useable.
The Worst
This app, let alone the EHR is probably one of the major reasons we’ve had providers leave our practice. From indexing , sending a med the user interface. The app itself is an absolute disaster.

Unbelievably bad
This app is a total disaster. It crashes constantly, and won’t log in. When I’m on call in the middle of the night, the last thing I need is some database error. If I could give all Veradigm products a negative number, I’d create a second Apple account so that I could do it twice.
Poor EHR
This EHR is enough to make me want to quit my job! It’s the equivalent of The Oregon Trail that we would play on the original Macintosh computers in the 1980’s. The app always crashes. I can’t order any prescriptions. The actual desktop EMR has stupid quirks such as “opening encounters”. There is no other software that “opens encounters” just for looking at a chart. It is not user friendly.

Still dysfunctional. It constantly kick you out. Half the time you can’t log in. It is still the absolute worst EHR that I have ever used.

Not a viable product
This app doesn’t work. Nothing about it works. I can’t even get on the app 80% of the time. Nothing more to say.
