Worst app
Previous version was good that after first login we can track all. After recent upgrade, it is asking for otp every time and all last data is lost. Looks like upgrade was done without any testing. Worst ever experience after upgrade.

The application doesn't work properly and developers don’t care at all about its operation and customer facing issue. They just develop this app and let the app run on people faith.

The app doesn’t work at all. And neither the company nor the developers have any idea or interest to make it work. Highly unprofessional service. Having no choice to enroll for the health insurance.( due to organizational reasons)

This app not working since last several months. MDID number entry is unclear on entry as alphanumeric or numbers only. Anyways it does not work. OTP after policy number information is received but nothing happens on entry of OTP.

Recently updated app not working. Crashes when option ‘individual’ is chosen. Also, when MD ID No is entered, there is no option to continue registration or fetching details. Please fix these bugs & release updated version

Unable to open the App after latest update and app closes even before opening. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App also doesn’t help.
