This App Saved our Business!
Our family business was looking for a software to manage our diamond and jewelry inventory. When we started the search, we found that the Manage Diamonds provided phenomenal customer service (around the clock) and a superior product at an unmatched price point. Diamond Cloud, Jewels 2000, RapNet, Polygon, and Diamond Track Online were a lot more expensive, harder to deal with, and frankly - a bit behind at the time in their technology.
This app has transformed the way clients do business with us. We hear a lot more, “I sold the diamond” than ever before because the app makes our inventory easy to access, transparent, and the UX is easy for our customers to navigate. The BEST part of this app, however, is that the team is constantly updating and improving the experience. We were a little scared of migrating to a cloud based program, but now we can’t imagine a world without it.
If I could give 10 stars to the app, I would. This is hands down the single most useful and profitable digital tool we use!
