Hardly ever works
Does not remember logins even though it has Face ID access. If you manage to log in, it will almost always crash.
Poor software
This is unfortunately a very poor software service. It never loads the required roster, always shows different bug messages, signs you out all the time I could go on and on.
Embarrassing excuse for app
Unfortunately staff are directed to use as tied to roster software, I have been unable to even pass the registration screens and agree to t&c’s as it crashes, is buggy and looks like there is no development
Terrible app!!!
This app crashes ALOT!!! Usually in the most inappropriate time, such as off duty publishing. The usual thing is that it won’t connect to the servers. Right now I am 48hrs into not being able to see what I am working next month and my colleagues are swapping shifts left right and centre. I am not the only one. We all have had a problem or twelve at some time(s).

Why why why do I have to struggle with this awful app it is not fit for purpose
Unstable
Very difficult to use. Particularly on a phone. Doesn’t always load. Pull down menus difficult to find and read.

Waste of time
Allocate Me down again…what a surprise!! I need this for work rotas and it is more down than up. Please sort this out developers…all i get is the wheel of doom. Even off loading app and reinstalling doesn't work anymore.

Awful app
This is the worst app I have ever used. It crashes all the time, there are days I can’t even access it. It frustrating trying to use it, absolutely ridiculous how many attempts opening and closing the app it takes to actually work. Haven’t been able to use it the past 2 days. Somebody please fix this.

I constantly have to delete and download to check my shifts if I haven’t brought my lap top home.

Useless app
Useless, waste of time. Most of the time i am unable to log in. It is been several weeks since i was able to use it. Who designed it? Not fit for the purpose.
Sort it out
As many reviewers have pointed out, this app is awful. I need it for work in the NHS or it would be gone. It takes several attempts to log in. More often than not it hangs and crashes. Often I can’t even get to log in. Just shocking. Presumably the developers haven’t bothered to update the app for the latest iOS. For some years. Please sort it out.

Worst app I’ve ever used -10 star review
Almost impossible to access the UI. Why do organisations use such poor technology platforms? NHS procurement please do your job, act on the feedback in these reviews and get Allocate Me to improve or get a new provider!

As a professional who needs access to shifts/details this app is not fit for its purpose! Constant login issues/crashing and fails to log in. Delete app redownload.. same issues. Very frustrating for a professional app… This seems to be a theme with other users for past several years! Why has this not been looked into and rectified. Shameful management !

I rely on this app for my shifts, it very rarely works as it should, always has issues and very often crashes. Awful app wish the NHS would look for an alternative
80% of the time not working
Don’t matter, either logging in using the website or through the app, during day time, it will just load. 20% chances of seeing your schedule during the day. At night around 10pm will it only work. I don't know why NHS is using this app
