Please have IT check work. Ability of app was trying to make an account never sent me my verification for email and or code.
Worst Company Ever
It’s safe to say, Me-N-Eds is possibly the worst run company in the Central Valley. Their app continues to be and has always been pure garbage. Full of glitches, outdated, unreliable. I’ve seen stores run out of peoples homes with better websites and apps. Even with built in Apple Pay. Shame. Their service times are extremely slow. And their policy about showing cards to pick up pizza (only company I know of that does this) prevents your family members from picking it up for you. Sorry, but if you got scammed, deal with it. Don’t inconvenience your customers.

Me-n-Ed’s App
The app has a section/ button that states re-order but it doesn’t allow you to reorder. It doesn’t save your order to re-order it in the future! It also makes you enter address every time and you have to enter your card information EVERY-TIME!!!! So annoying with technology and advances you should be able to save your last orders and card numbers. The app should also have geo location capabilities to distinguish where you are at and if you have order from those places or let you save destinations… like home, work, or friends house!

App needs improvement
Your app needs improvement. Not all of the options are available or able to navigate. Make it easy like how Dominos has the app they have for customers. I go with them because it’s easier and faster to order. Your app crashes way too much. And navigation through your website and menu items is not easy. Only thing I suggest you fix. The app to be able to access and navigate easier and convenient. To save the ordered items previously and not crash. Needs to be updated

Can't find my store in Santa Maria, California.
On the locations, it is not listed and it is the first screen that shows up rendering the app unusable. Please fix since the physical store is actually in the city.

As far as I know this is the only app that won’t save my CC. So every damn time I order a pizza I have get up and go hunt for my cc. Seconds best idea is if I was able to scan my card but No. That would make it to easy.

The app is hard to navigate when it comes to the deals, but other than that great way to order

Slow to respond and clumsy in how it works. Signing in often crashes or stuns the app.

Outdated
This app is horrible constantly shutting down and clearing out your order. Also, all apps should have Apple Pay in 2026.
App ordering is clunky
Ordering from the app on an iPhone is quite clunky. If you want to look at a promotion, it goes right to adding it to the cart instead of giving a description before moving forward. The UX overall is something I would have expected in 2016, not 2026.

Hard to navigate. Kept freezing up.
Needs Big Fixes
Continuously signs out, doesn’t keep track of orders and cannot find where the order went. Lost track of previous points, at this point the rewards doesn’t do much - but at least the app shows what the active coupons and deals are

In my experience the app has always been very slow as well as make UI issues. Please fix this it’s been years.
App is not good
Someone else wondered if it was coded by a 8th grader. 3 years later I’m still wondering? The app goes to a blank page when the order is completed so you have no idea if the order went through or not. There are these online payment methods called PayPal and ApplePay too. Makes life a lot easier than having to retrieve the credit card.

There are few times this app works correctly. Why even have an app when the checkout process doesn’t even work? What’s the point of this? Lol
