Great app, Very Encouraging:)

Good reminders that stay encouraging and positive!

Only 6 meals a day limit?

I do gym I have 11 meals a day. Like shake, then after 30-45 mins eggs, then fruits, lunch, banana, bread and peanut butter, etc.

YOUR APP HAS LIMIT OF 6 MEALS A DAY. Why???

Faltan horas del día

Está muy acotado el tiempo en el que te levantas y te dormís. Lamentablemente está pensado para América del norte nada más

perfect app for me!

great app and no issues! i was recently diagnosed with dysautonomia and my doctor told me to snack regularly. this app reminds me to do that. i can set 6 reminders to snack that also give a heads up 5 minutes before. i can’t super accurately change the time of the snacks but it’s fine cause i can change it a little by adjusting the bedtime and wake up time. overall great app!

ADHD life saver

This app is helping me loads, with remembering to eat and drink, and it reminds you ahead of meals at well as at the time so reduces the risk of forgetting!
I still forget sometimes but loads better than before using that’s app.

Acceptable

From my point of view, it is a good app to remind you of all the meals of the day. However, it should correct some problems such as the notifications that arrives on your cell phone, it doesn’t ring and you don’t know what time you have to eat. Anyways, it is a good app if you want to eat in the correct moment.

I like it !!

I really liked this app, it reminds me to have breakfast, also to having the other meals, I can add snacks too and is easy to use, but I do not like not being able to change the meal time for free, that's really annoying.

Not great

Eat Wise is a lot better you tap to confirm you’ve eaten then it measures time to next meal. I paid 99c already for this but won’t use it

Really enjoying this app

As a person who fails to set a meal plan for her day, my food intake is irregular, inconsistent, and I end up eating a handful of random foods and call it a “balanced meal” . Because of this, I get energy spikes and drops and I am gaining unhealthy weight.

With this App, I’ve actually written in next to the meal category , what I should be eating :

BREAKFAST- Oats w protein
1st SNACK - protein with fiber
LUNCH - protein with greens and vegs

This way , when the reminders pop up it is specific instruction on what I need to consume.

I would recommend this app for anyone who would like organization and structure to their meals.

Basic basic basic

Basic app, can’t customise without paying - and can’t do anything without customising- clearly a money making scheme

Thank you

Thank you for creating this app. This helpful for many people, including those who suffer from an anxiety disorder like me. Sometimes, I can’t remember when to eat and this app is really helpful to remind me to get up and make a nice meal!

Almost

Would be so much better if it was an audible alarm that let you choose the sounds.

The perfect app for someone with eating disorder

This app is so simple , perfect for recovery from ED as it is super helpful with mechanical eating. All the other apps have garbage messages on them about losing weight or keeping track of calories.

This app simply reminds you to eat. No hidden agenda. Super safe to use if you struggle with any type of ED!

Overnights

I work overnights. Would be nice to have a 24 hour clock option.

Almost perfect

This app is almost exactly what I need. However, the only thing keeping it from a 5 star review for me is the fact that you can’t have fewer than 3 meals per day. My diet only allows me to have 2 meals a day, so I can’t use this app to the fullest.

A Missed Opportunity

I uninstalled this app immediately after seeing it DOESN’T allow me to add more than 6 meals a day. Like, why on earth would you think everyone must be limited to eating 6 times a day? I’m a bodybuilder and I do up to 16 small meals a day. And it’s not even like there’s a limit because you want to monetize the app for people that use it more professionally because in nowhere it shows the option to buy this feature. How STUPID! I wouldn’t mind paying a few cents for this feature specifically or a few bucks for a good plan etc. Hope you guys get better because this app can be easily transformed into a massive success.

Horrible Free Version

If you don't want to pay don't get the app. There's not much to do as you can't choose the times you get reminders.

It was ok

It made me feel rushed to eat
“5 mins to prepare your meal”
“Time to eat!!!!”
It only gave me the option to make a schedule and check off if I ate breakfast lunch and dinner
And there’s was a timer for each which made me feel even more rushed than the notifications
But that may be a personal problem 😭

It works but needs more functionality

Decent app but, to make it more useful, please allow us to enter what exactly we will be eating for each reminder, instead of automatically naming reminders with generic terms like “second snack”. If you allow us to call reminders whatever we want (e.g. Eat baby carrots with hummus), this app will be much more useful to everyone. Thanks!

Great functionality

I would love to have it on my Apple Watch as well!
