Bait & Switch
First the require a yearly membership, which is fair because they do provide regular updates. So we paid for the entire year and then halfway thru our yearly subscription they then block us from opening the app unless we agree to pay a new (almost double the previous price) subscription nullifying the yearly subscription we had already paid for. This is a classic bait and switch where they changed the terms midway through the contract.
