Editing doesn’t work
Once you add and want to delete the message on App- it doesn’t work. The save function is not coded correctly and messages which were intended to be deleted still appear.

Crap doesn’t work. Can’t reset bottle to pair with new phone. Seriously, how come programmers get paid so much when all the crap they make doesn’t even work???

Have been trying to find replacement led for years. Contact with Medea was not successful. Very disappointing.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Shipping was fast... it was easy to program, the bottle is dope and I love it. Can’t wait to open it to taste what the hype is all about

Not User Friendly
I love these Push Play Medea Vodka Bottles. Get many compliments. However, several negatives: 1. Hard as hell to program if you own and need to re-program more than one bottle. 2. Customer support??? Really???? Not for this customer 3. Not widely available and costly mailing. 4. Unpredictable for running consistently. They may have “20” hours running life, but will cut off in the middle of an event. Having one on each table of ten for a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner makes it very hard to run around to cycle back on. Frustrating! To say the least—especially for $$$$$ how much they cost including shipping and handling. 5. Must have adult “ON CALL” at home to sign for delivery.
Other than that, they have universally got rave compliments—but no idea of headache suffered trying to get my message across. Wish they were more affordable and user friendly.

I tried everything. It even says you can enter a code to get it to work and there is NO CODE ON THE BOTTLE
