Very useful health AI app
This app makes everything related to my healthcare simple and unified. I can ask the Medical Brain anything about my condition, or tell it any symptoms without needing to speak directly with my doctor unless it’s truly necessary. True game-changer.
App sounds do not obey phone volume settings
Whether phone is on silent or not, every time you message a provider, the app makes a horrifically loud PING. There is no way to turn it off.
If my provider didn’t require me to use this app, i would uninstall it and never use it again. Negative 5 stars.

they corrected it : doesn’t get past privacy policy page.

meant to give it one star. pretty important to reliably receive on medical information. but of course like everything else in this shameful health care system this app does not seem to work.

Thank you for your feedback. The font size on your phone is enlarged which prevents the privacy statement accept button to be in your view to advance to login. Please change to normal font size and you will be able to proceed with the login process. We will revise the privacy screen to accommodate enlarged font sizes to improve the login experience.
