Can’t Imagine Practicing Without It
I’m a family physician, and honestly, Medical Scribe has completely changed the way I work. Charting used to take up way too much of my time—especially after hours—but now it’s fast, easy, and honestly kind of effortless.
The AI is spot-on. It understands everything I say, even when I’m moving quickly between patients or covering a wide range of cases. Whether it’s a routine visit, chronic condition, or acute issue, the notes come out clean, accurate, and ready to go.
The app just works. It’s intuitive, super responsive, and it fits right into my workflow without any hassle. I barely need to edit anything, and it’s saving me hours every week. I’m actually getting home on time now, without sacrificing note quality or thoroughness.
And I have to say—the Medical Scribe team is amazing. If I ever need anything, they respond quickly and genuinely care about making sure the app works perfectly for me.

Responsive Team
The IT team is responsive to my concerns when raised about the app. I love that I can use the Apple Watch AI scribe which many of the current products don’t offer this feature which allows me to not bring my phone during a patient encounter. As I believe it’s rude and inconsiderate to bring a phone inside a patient’s room

Game Changing!
This app makes charting a breeze! The language is professional, it’s very easy to use, and has a variety of note formats. It has cut my charting time in half. Great app!!
Works great……..when it works
The App is very easy to use. The only trouble is, any time I am in a patient visit for any length of time, and my iPad screen goes dark, the app glitches and doesn’t save the note many times. I also lost an entire days worth of notes when the notes kept saying that they were uploading, and when I force reloaded the app, all of the notes were gone. these apps are supposed to help make your work, more efficient, not give you twice to work.

Succinct but costly
This program provides a succinct note, capturing most of the pertinent info I typically document. The language is professional and fairly sophisticated. The negative here is the pricing. My app states a 9.99 monthly fee but then proceeds to charge 49.99 a month which I am not interested in paying.

OMG!! I am just blown away after I tried it once. It’s very precise, accurate and actually wrote a better note than what could write myself. 5 stars for the app and the developers.
I tried to subscribe but it’s not working. I don’t know how much it costs either as it’s not mentioned anywhere in description. So that’s a bummer. I hope they fix it soon.
