My husband had a gout attack while traveling and needed medications asap due to the pain. This service was a life saver. They communicated well via what’s app and answered all questions. We received the medications by delivery in an hour (we’re in playa Del Carmen and the delivery from Cancun).
Just be aware that they require a credit card to make the purchase but your card isn’t charged until the delivery person arrives. Initially confusing but sorted out quickly.
This service kept us from seeking medical care and/or abruptly ending our vacation.
