They keep screwing up my scheduled rides.
I’m involved in a recovery program (3 days a week) in addition to recovering from a broken leg. I’ve missed 2 weeks worth of sessions because medicine keeps screwing up my scheduled rides.
For example; I scheduled a ride and the app allows me to book for multiple legs at once. I scheduled a ride for 07/22 at 5:30pm and a return trip later at 8:30pm the same day.
The day before my appointment, I check the app and see the return trip (still labeled for the 22nd) is now today (the 21st) but I still have the 5:30 one set correctly.
I don’t know what the issue is. I didn’t have these issues with Intelliride. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.

TRASH TRANSPORTATION
I have an appointment to go get my medication that I need or I will be very ill. My appointment write was set for 6am at 12:15am I received a text that my trip had been canceled. This is not the first time I have had a trip of mine canceled. The first time I called the lady was extremely nasty and rude as well as flat out lied to me. The second time I called the woman was very kind but completely unhelpful. I was told even though it was a glitch on their end there was nothing they could do. My ride will cost me 100 dollars and I cannot reschedule the appointment. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WALKING THAN USING THIS TRADH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY THEYRE TOTALLY USELESS AND UNRELIABLE.

Driver didn't show up
App doesn't work. Had to use your website to book a ride. I had a ride scheduled to pick me up from where I live at 12:15. Nobody showed up and I had to cancel at 12:45. This also means I had to cancel the trip from the hospital. Nobody contacted me about if there was an issue or if anyone was on the way. The GPS didn't show anyone on the map either. Lastly you had me scheduled to be picked up by Trinity Transportation Inc. There isn't much about them on a search, no contact info, and as best I can tell they are a FREIGHT company. So that's great you set me up with an unreliable ghost company with zero way to know without a doubt if my ride will or will not be able to come get me.

I’ve been using this for months and it has improved tremendously. It no longer crashes all the time, and I can actually book and sign for my trips. Make sure you have your location turned on to use!
Poor Scheduling process in denver
How did this organization get the transportation contract for denver? Their app have difficulty searching adresses, you cant even book return request. The will call tab does not work. They have soo many numbers to call. Just errors on finalizing pick up times. The Ai that they have cant help with error. The wait time when you call is soo long!! Who is all accountable to all the missed doctors appoinments?
