Can't book a ride
On the dropoff portion, it insists I haven't added a facility. The only options you give me are to add the dropoff ADDRESS--which I added. If I put the name of the pavilion of the hospital I intend to go to, the address dropdown menu accepts that, but it still insists I haven't added a facility.
This means your app cannot complete the first function intended: booking rides.

Bad to Great
I’ve been using this for months and it has improved tremendously. It no longer crashes all the time, and I can actually book and sign for my trips. Make sure you have your location turned on to use!
Terrible Support
I tried configuring the app for my mom. Seemed simple enough, enter in the member ID and DOB, and you’re off to the races. Nope, wouldn’t recognize her details. So she calls support to book her first rides, and get the app issue waited.
Waits for FOUR HOURS only to be told that she had reached “after hours emergency-only support,” and to call back the next day.
